INTERIOR DESIGNER / ASSISTANT INTERIOR DESIGNER

Responsibility :

- Prepare a full set of working drawings including space planning, conceptual design with selection of materials

- Liaise and coordinate with Project Team, clients and contractors from design stage to job completion

- Site supervision to ensure project quality and progress

Requirements :

- Diploma or above with 1-2 years relevant working experience

- Proficiency in Sketch Up, AutoCAD, Photoshop; skillful in VRay and Illustrator would be an advantage

- Proficiency in Microsoft office

- Independent, responsible and self-motivated

- Good communication skills and time management

- Immediately available is preferred

- Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Interior Designer


VIDEO EDITOR / SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT SPECIALIST (DIGITAL MARKETING)

Responsibility :

- Responsible for shoot and perform outdoor/indoor filming and photo-shooting

- Support the team daily operation and in house production

- provide professional content marketing services including copy-writing and creative in various social media platforms

- Coordinate with internal departments and liaise with external partners for planning and execution of various marketing campaigns (online and offline)

- Participate in assigned marketing activities

- Assist with Marketing Strategies and Analytics

Requirements :

- Associate Degree/High diploma or above in Film, Digital Markeing or equivalent with 1-2 years relevant working experience

- Good communication skills

- Knowledge of video editing and editing programs

- Proficiency in audiovisual and graphic/video software and Good command in Premiere Pro, AE, Photoshop, AI and MS Office

- Independent, responsible and self-motivated

- Willing to work outdoor and able to meet target deadlines

- Immediately available is preferred


SALES COORDINATER

Responsibility :

- To promote and provide support on the service of interior & furniture design

- Liaise and coordinate with customers independently

- Routine sales duties, e.g. prepare quotation / invoice, design documentation, arrange appointment, etc.

- Coordinate and assist with Project Managers on project details

- Handle ad hoc tasks

Requirements :

- Diploma or above with 1-2 years relevant working experience

- Good command in MS Office

- Willing to work outdoor and able to meet target deadlines

- Good communication skills

- Self-motivated and detail-minded

- Punctual and polite

- With related experience would be advantage

- Immediately available is preferred
