A Soft Minimalist Aesthetic Above the Hills

Perched at the top of Cha Kwo Ling in Lam Tin and surrounded by tranquil greenery, this 670-sqft three-bedroom unit at KOKO HILLS merges seamlessly with its natural hillside setting. inT Design embracing a soft, uncomplicated aesthetic, the homeowner wished to steer clear of luxury excess. The design language leans into a “minimal × creamy × blush-toned” palette, with shades of ivory, warm beige, and rose-pink gently defining the interior. Clean lines and lightweight furnishings create an airy, inviting feel—offering a serene, grounded living space that reflects the quiet harmony of its forested surroundings.

Layered Neutrals with a Touch of Subtle Sophistication

The living and dining area is grounded in a palette of soft neutrals—muted beiges, light greys, and warm whites—that evoke a gentle, calming atmosphere. Rather than relying on strong contrasts, the design plays with layers of texture: matte wallpapers, linen-like finishes, and refined metallic accents add depth without overwhelming the senses. From the entrance to the sofa wall, light grey wallpaper sets a clean backdrop. Opposite, the dining area and TV wall—including a concealed door—feature warm-toned fabric-textured wallpaper, subtly punctuated by slender, irregular black stainless steel lines. These fine details lend a modern edge while reinforcing a sense of softness and ease—an effortless balance of elegance and comfort.

Dusty Pink Palette with a Geometric Spark

To the right of the concealed door lies the daughter’s bedroom, designed to reflect her preference for a clean and simple aesthetic. The main color interior design theme is a dusty pink—a muted blush tone that feels soft yet sophisticated, offering a quiet and comfortable retreat. To prevent the space from feeling too plain, one feature wall is adorned with a geometric mural. The subtle, rhythmic lines add a touch of playfulness and visual structure to the room. The overall effect is a gentle blend of calm elegance and understated charm.

Integrated Layout with Soft Hues and Harmonized Design

One of the additional bedrooms has been transformed into a walk-in closet. To optimize space, the master bedroom door was repositioned forward, allowing the guest room to naturally become part of the walk-in area. This seamless transition not only improves the flow but also enhances everyday convenience. The unified interior design layout makes the master suite feel more expansive and cohesive. Continuing the home’s soft neutral palette, the room incorporates warm wood-grain finishes and touches of light dusty pink to enrich the serene atmosphere. The headboard wall echoes the material used on the dining area’s TV feature wall, establishing a subtle design dialogue between public and private zones—a graceful balance of functionality and harmony.
