Home with Dynamic Modern Interior Tailored to Personal Style
Located in KOKO RESERVE, Lam Tin, this 828 sq.ft. three-bedroom apartment is customized to reflect the owner’s background and preferences through a dynamic and modern interior design approach. Clean lines, layered spatial arrangements, and a thoughtful mix of textures and lighting come together to create an energetic and personalized home.
Neutral Tones with Dynamic Mosaic Wall
The design predominantly uses muted gray tones, creating a calm and grounded atmosphere. A mosaic wall art featuring wave patterns connects the dining area to the concealed door behind the sofa, adding a natural sense of movement and focal interest. Select pieces of furniture and decor in brighter colors inject vitality and depth, balancing the overall ambiance with fresh energy.

Wavy Glass Partition and Dynamic Shelving Arrangement
The original glass partition between the dining area and kitchen was enhanced with wavy textured glass by inT Design's designer, softening the visual impact and beautifying the space without abruptness. The shelving features an irregular arrangement of varying heights, adding lively dynamism that enlivens the entire design.
Rounded Cove Lighting Design for High Ceilings
Taking advantage of the unit’s high ceilings, the designer incorporated rounded cove lighting features. This softens the spatial lines, creating a more comfortable ambiance while enhancing the overall design aesthetics.
Straight Partition Enhances Living Room Spaciousness
The partition between the master bedroom and middle room was changed from a curved to a straight interior design, creating a more spacious living room. Storage was integrated within the bedrooms, with the upper cabinet doors replaced by glass steel-framed doors and shelving to reduce visual bulk and enhance openness.
Walk-in Closet Integrated into Master Bedroom for Openness and Vitality
The walk-in closet is integrated into the master bedroom, creating a tidier and more organized space. The partition cabinet between the closet and bedroom features textured water ripple glass, enhancing openness. At the bedside, a backlit curved wood panel with minimalist human outline wall art adds warmth and liveliness to the area where the occupant spends most time.
