Open Study Design Defines Spatial Layers
The original front bedroom was transformed into an open study, serving as a natural divider between the foyer and dining area. By slightly elevating both the living room and study area, the designer introduced a sense of layered depth, adding richness to the spatial flow while maintaining openness, functionality, and visual appeal interior design.
Scandinavian Simplicity for a Child’s Private Retreat
To give the child a private and functional area for study and rest, the designer placed a desk by the window, extending seamlessly into a loft bed with storage underneath—maximizing vertical space. The room adopts a Scandinavian-inspired aesthetic, with light wood tones and soft lines creating a cozy and playful atmosphere that balances practicality and charm.
Unified Materials with Softened Curves for Subtle Sophistication
To maintain visual consistency without feeling monotonous, the designer applied matching finishes to the cabinetry, walls, and bedhead, accented with sleek black steel lines. Echoing the home’s overall interior design language, curved details were added to the ceiling, curtain casings, and display shelves, softening the geometry while subtly elevating the space with refined elegance.
