Located in Yuen Long – Phase 1B of Grand Mayfair, this 767 sq. ft. three-bedroom unit by inT Design embodies a harmonious blend of modern minimalism and soft British charm. At the heart of the home design is the use of iconic framed detailing—a subtle yet refined language that appears on walls, cabinets, and custom furniture, creating a rhythmic, layered texture throughout. The framing adds a touch of British elegance while maintaining a sleek and simple form, complemented by soft tones and natural materials. The layout is practical and versatile, allowing the interior design to strike a graceful balance between style and function in everyday living.

Refined Framing in Subtle Grey – Balancing Modern and British Aesthetics

Slim framing is thoughtfully applied throughout the unit, introducing subtle intricacies to the minimalist backdrop. These delicate lines reflect a soft British aesthetic while enhancing the overall home design with refined detail. The designer paired this with a gentle modern grey palette—a popular tone in contemporary interiors—to achieve a balanced composition that gracefully merges modern clarity with classical charm, adding both depth and warmth to the interior design.

Curved Wall Composition – A Playful Break in Minimalism

The designer created a 70/30 split curved feature wall behind the TV, softening the space while adding dimensional contrast to the minimalist palette. Paired with a darker-toned floating TV cabinet, the composition introduces a bold yet harmonious interplay of color and form. This thoughtful combination not only enlivens the overall home design but also enhances storage, reflecting the balance of aesthetics and practicality at the heart of modern interior design.

Flexible Spatial Planning – Designed Around Family Needs

Behind a hidden door lies the guest room, thoughtfully designed with a minimalist and functional layout to accommodate visiting friends and family. In the children's room, a raised platform was installed, offering a flexible setup that can evolve as the child grows. The sliding door, partially made of glass, allows the parents to keep an eye on their child with ease—blending practicality with care in this people-centric home design.In the master bedroom, the design is tailored to the homeowner’s preferred style and palette. The wardrobe features different finishes on the upper and lower sections, adding visual texture and depth—an elegant touch that embodies the sophistication of modern interior design.
