Neutral & Minimalist Three-Bedroom Interior
Located above Ho Man Tin MTR station and next to The Vantage, this 960 sq. ft. three-bedroom unit in In One Above embraces a neutral, minimalist interior approach—standing apart from the developer’s gold-accented, Japanese-style show flats. Furniture features clean, streamlined silhouettes with a focus on practicality and spatial clarity. Rather than relying on ornate details, the interior design conveys its sophistication through materials and subtle layering—emphasizing comfort, function, and timeless aesthetics.
Earth Tones with Artistic Flair
The design embraces neutral earth tones as its main palette, layering various light shades across walls, furniture, and flooring to create a soft yet structured spatial rhythm. This tonal interplay not only enhances the home’s coziness but also provides a calming atmosphere for everyday living. To infuse the home with an artistic flair, inT Design's designer carefully selected wall art and decorative objects are placed throughout the space. One highlight is the use of sculptural hollow bricks as a feature wall, adding tactile depth and geometric charm that elevate the space’s creative, gallery-like ambiance.

A Refined Contrast to the Developer’s Original Palette
To create a clear contrast from the developer’s original model unit, the designer intentionally went in the opposite direction in both color palette and material selection. Rather than using the light wood and gold tones seen in the original style, this home incorporates deeper hues for a more grounded and distinctive aesthetic.Dining chairs, coffee tables, pendant and wall lights, as well as shelving and accessories, feature dark finishes like charcoal, black, and matte black steel. These interior design elements not only elevate the modern feel of the interior, but also subtly accent the soft earth-tone backdrop—highlighting focal points without overwhelming the overall calmness of the space.
Kids’ Room – Geometric Charm & Nordic Tones Behind the Hidden Door
Hidden discreetly behind a flush door that blends seamlessly with the living room wall lies a children’s room full of design surprises. Prioritizing functionality, the space features a loft bed with storage below, while a study desk is placed by the floor-to-ceiling window, allowing natural light to support reading and homework. To echo the home’s overall neutral interior design style, the room incorporates dark-toned accents balanced with Nordic-inspired soft color tones and wood-textured finishes. A geometric feature wall adds a creative flair, ensuring the space feels vibrant and distinctive, while still in harmony with the rest of the home.
Master Suite with Walk-in Closet & Study — Flexible Zoning with Light-Filled Design
The designer reconfigured two original rooms to create an integrated master suite, combining the bedroom, walk-in closet, and study into a thoughtfully zoned layout. Dual sliding doors were used to flexibly separate the functions, ensuring privacy and minimizing disturbance—perfect for couples with different daily routines. To maximize the expansive views, tall storage units were tucked neatly into the corner, preserving the openness of the room. A standout feature is the perforated block wall next to the bed, which draws in natural light while echoing design elements used in other parts of the home. This not only enhances brightness but also reinforces a sense of cohesive interior design visual flow.
