With sweeping views of the deep blue sea and an impressive cross-sea bridge, the home enjoys an abundance of natural light. Its design harmoniously blends modern chic with Nordic minimalism, using fresh tones and natural textures to evoke a serene and layered ambiance. Entrance Design • Where Storage Meets Style
The developer originally created a recessed niche at the entrance, which inT Design's designer cleverly transformed with a custom-made shoe cabinet that blends seamlessly into the interior. An adjacent open display shelf adds both function and aesthetic appeal—ideal for décor or everyday essentials. This thoughtful design maximizes space usage while maintaining a sense of openness and ease as you enter the home.

Living & Dining Area Design • Subtle Details, Harmonious Space
The living area adopts a neutral color palette, elegantly layered with a mix of materials and textures—woodgrain flooring, abstract-patterned rugs, leaf-patterned wall fabric, and soft fabric-textured wallpaper—all coming together to create a minimalist interior design yet dimensional ambience. Originally prominent ceiling beams in the living and dining space were visually softened by rounded lighting coves. To further enhance the sense of depth and contemporary character, a sleek touch of black mirror-finish metal was added around the coves.

Considering the daughter’s growth and learning needs, the room is designed to provide ample natural light and storage space. Interior design not only functional, but it also incorporates stylish elements. The wall behind the desk is adorned with marble, adding a touch of luxury and modernity, creating an inspiring and pleasant study environment. This space strikes a balance between practicality and aesthetics, offering a comfortable and stimulating environment for the daughter.
