Modern Minimalist Two-Bedroom
Led by inT Design, this 462-square-foot two-bedroom unit sits atop Yuen Long Station in The YOHO Hub II. The design follows a modern minimalist approach with a light renovation, using clean lines and subtle color schemes to create an airy, refined atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen enhances both the spaciousness and the flow of daily life. Throughout the unit, the balance of practicality and comfort showcases the elegant charm of minimalist living.
Small Touches, Big Impact: A Clever Hidden Dining Table
The developer thoughtfully included a hidden pull-out dining table within the original kitchen cabinetry, making the space adaptable and eliminating the need for a permanent dining set. This layout not only frees up more room but also enhances the sense of openness as soon as you enter. No major structural changes or elaborate details were added—only simple cove lighting in the ceiling and wallpaper on the walls, achieving a clean and modern minimalist look with subtle touches.

Furniture Details and Harmonious Visual Flow
In contrast, the furniture pieces showcase more refined details, including rounded corners, curved edges, and mirror-finished steel trims. These subtle elements add a gentle, elegant touch to the overall aesthetic. The finishes, predominantly white and wood grain, create a warm and versatile backdrop that seamlessly unifies the living room with the open-plan kitchen, achieving a harmonious visual flow throughout the space.
Soft Nordic Tones for a Safe and Cheerful Kids’ Room
The first bedroom is designed as a kids’ room, embracing a minimalist style complemented by Nordic tones. Soft colors bring a cheerful, comfortable feeling for the child, creating an inviting atmosphere for learning and play. A wall mural featuring botanical elements adds a fresh, nature-inspired touch. The bed design features a “bed on top, storage below” layout, with rounded corners and cushioned elements to ensure both safety and a charming look. This thoughtful interior design creates a delightful and functional haven just for the little one.
Bed by the Window: Personality and Light in the Master Bedroom
The designer positioned the master bed next to the window, maximizing natural light and creating a bright, airy atmosphere. Behind the bed, a tall cabinet serves as the foundation, while a translucent grid wall detail at the headboard adds both character and visual interest. This thoughtful design strikes a balance between storage and decoration, enriching the master bedroom’s personality while staying true to the overall light renovation theme.
